Heaven

Heaven is described by John as being constantly with us.

Heaven is there on a bright sunny day,
Or strolling along a leafy byway,
It is there when the lark singing on high,
And twinkling stars in the night sky,
Heaven is there in the wild roses bloom,
And also with friends in a joyous filled room,
Heaven is there in the curlews wild cries,
And surely there in the golden sunrise,
Heaven is there when achievement is won,
And also there in the eves setting sun,
Heaven is there in a gentle rain shower.
And certainly there in each fragrant flower,
Heaven is there in a baby’s first smile,
And in a scene like ducklings in file,
Heaven is there if we take time to stare,
And surely in hearts of those so aware.
