We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and aim to be fair and accommodating with regards to returns.
In all cases, it is best to Contact Us before you return anything so we can ensure you have the proper address to send back to. You should include your original invoice and a note describing the reason for the return (eg: for a larger size). Upon receiving your returned item, we will action the replacement/refund.
If the item you receive is not the item you ordered, or the item is damaged when you receive it, we will refund your original postage costs and send a new item at our expense.
If you return an item as it does not fit and exchange it for a different size, we will refund your original postage costs and send a new item at our expense.
If you return an item for a refund because it does not fit, we are under no obligation to refund postage costs and will only do so at our own discretion – usually if an item is “made to order” and it is returned for a refund, we will not refund your postage, however we will refund the item cost.
If you have purchased a sale item we are unable to accept returns.
Please check our Size Guide before purchasing our garments. We do our best to ensure all information is accurate on there. You should note that the sizes shown are TO FIT as per the designed cut of the garment.
I’m From Yorkshire is only a small business, so we would prefer it if customers didn’t buy multiple items in differing sizes just to send back the ones that don’t fit for a refund.
