What shipping couriers do you use?

UK Orders:

Royal Mail and DPD is used within the UK. You have the choice of posting 2nd Class and 1st Class via Royal Mail or DPD tracked.

If your parcel is being sent within the UK and has many items or the order value is quite high, we reserve the right to use DPD. Please note that this won’t cost you extra.

International Orders:

Royal Mail is used for orders being sent outside of the UK. International orders are usually sent tracked, an email is sent after your order is dispatched containing tracking information. You can find out which countries we are able to send tracked parcels to here. If the country you are shipping a parcel to isn’t on this list, your order will be sent via Royal Mail International untracked.
