How do I exchange an item?
The best thing to do is contact us first, this way we’ll be expecting your parcel and can process your exchange sooner.
After you have contacted us, we will provide you with an address to send your parcel to. Please include a note containing your order number and what you would like your order exchanging for.
As we are a small business we are unable to provide prepaid return labels.
Once your parcel arrives to us we will send you an email and change your order back to processing. This means that you will receive an email when your exchange has been dispatched.
Please ignore the size/colour of the item you are wanting to exchange on the emails, we’re unable to change this on our end but rest assured you will be sent the correct item.
Please note that exchanges are treated as new orders and depending on what you’ve ordered, can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched.
