Where is my order confirmation?

You should receive your order confirmation through email. Sometimes, it can be sent to your junk folder so we always recommend checking that first.

If you’re order confirmation is not there, please contact us. We will check if your order has been confirmed and ensure that the email address has been entered correctly so you will receive future emails – such as the dispatch email.
