What is your return / exchange policy?
We recommend contacting us first before you return anything for a refund / exchange. From here we will ensure you have the correct address to send your parcel to. It’s important that you include a note with your invoice number and the reason for the return e.g. refund or a larger size.
When we have received your return, depending on the reason, we will either issue you a refund or action your replacement.
We will send you your exchange at our expense.
As we are a small business, we’re unable to refund your postage costs and will only do so at our discretion.
If you’ve received an item you didn’t order, or the item is damaged, please contact us. We will then send you the correct item or replacement at our expense.
Sale items cannot be returned unless being exchanged for a size that is in stock. Please contact us before sending back your sale item so we can ensure the size you are wanting is available.
