Free Delivery
If an order qualifies for Free Delivery, we use Royal Mail 2nd class postage. There are no Free delivery options outside the UK. Sorry about that.
Standard Delivery (UK)
The cost for standard Postage and Packing depends on the option you choose at the checkout. You can pick between Royal Mail 1st Class postage (£0.90 – £4.80) or Royal Mail 2nd Class postage (£0.60 – £3.80). Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days of placing your order unless otherwise stated (eg: made to order or pre-order). If you order lots of stuff together making a large parcel, or the order value is quite high, we reserve the right to use DPD tracked postage – this won’t cost you any extra.
DPD Tracked (UK)
We use a flat rate cost for DPD Tracked Postage and Packing of £7.50 within the UK. You can add as many items as you want to your order and it won’t cost a bean more. You’ll receive either email or text updates on the delivery of your order once it has been dispatched. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 working days of placing your order unless otherwise stated (eg: made to order or pre-order).
Heavy/Large Orders (UK)
For heavier than usual or high value orders (for instance, you’ve ordered multiple garments/items that exceed Royal Mail’s maximum parcel weight) we will use DPD parcel delivery and ship out within 3-5 working days from your order unless otherwise stated. We won’t charge extra for this.
International Orders
Orders are sent using Royal Mail’s postal system*. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your order has been completed.
We are based in Yorkshire, back in Blighty, so your order could take a while to get to you depending on where you are. Orders usually arrive within 2 weeks but occasionally can take up to a month to arrive due to being stuck in customs.
For heavy orders, we may split your order across multiple parcels. If this is the case we’ll send you an email to let you know.
Due to brexit, some international orders are being charged import tax. It is possible you might be charged import tax – this is not always the case.
If a parcel is returned to us because import tax has not been paid, we will refund the items but we are under no obligation to refund postage costs.
Made-To-Order Items
Some of our products may be Made-to-Order (for instance, Fleeces and Softshell Jackets, and some of our newer T-Shirt designs). The product pages will always tell you if your item is to be Made-to-Order. Different manufacturing processes take differing lengths of time to schedule and complete, but we aim to have a maximum turn-around time of 10 working days. Our current average is 5 working days.
We appreciate your patience while we make your garment. You’ll be pleased with the results.
If you order In Stock items as well as Made-to-Order items, we will put your entire order on hold until all items are in-stock.
Pre-Order Items
Some of our products may be in a “Pre-Order Period” (for instance, Calendars). These items will always state “Pre-Order” within the product title with an expected delivery date somewhere in the description. We use Pre-Orders sparingly and only when absolutely necessary. Although your money comes to us as soon as you purchase, your order will be placed “On Hold” until we receive to products to send out to you.
If you order In Stock items as well as Pre-Order items, we will put your entire order on hold until all items are in-stock.
In all circumstances, you will receive an email telling you when we have put your order in the post.
Royal Mail
Please note, once orders are with Royal Mail we no longer have control over these. The delivery time frames we work around are given to us by Royal Mail and are dependant on how busy they are. If UK orders have not arrived within the given time, we have to give Royal Mail a 14 working day (2 weeks) grace period before being allowed to contact them. If orders are being sent outside the UK, we have to give Royal Mail one month before being allowed to contact them.
